I had occaision recently to bring my Renault Laguna to your Weybridge branch with a problem of water discharging from the air conditioning unit into the car. The problem was covered by warranty, but bearing in mind that you only acquired the dealership a few months ago, I would like to thank your staff and your Service Mmanager, Mark in particular, for the efficient and courteous way the matter was dealt with. I was kept informed of progress and problems at all stages and the car was delivered back to my home on completion.
